Language trip to Eastbourne 2026 with 5A

12.05.2026

From March 18th to 25th, 2026 our class traveled to England accompanied by Professor Krapfenbauer, Professor Wieser and Professor Deutsch. We stayed with host families spread across Eastbourne in groups of two, three or four people. Our language school was the first place where we met the whole class nearly every morning, and afterwards we often went on various excursions.

We did a quiz about Eastbourne, visited London, Hastings and Brighton where we had guided tours and could see some interesting sights, walked up to ‘Beachy Head’, an impressive chalk cliff near the town. At the language school, we spent the mornings with British teachers exchanging information about our different cultures, focusing on lifestyles, and talking about typical school routines and working life.

We’d say we had an awesome chance to become more confident in speaking English, moreover, we also had a lot of fun and a great time together as a class. We found it very interesting to experience the life of the English and would really recommend everyone taking advantage of such an opportunity.
